DOWNEY NISSAN “ROLL THE BONES” 
2026 NISSAN KICKS GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR LEASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Promotion Dates: October 9, 2026 through November 8, 2026

1. SPONSOR AND PROMOTION LOCATION
The “Roll the Bones” 2026 Nissan Kicks Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Downey Nissan, 7321 Firestone Blvd., Downey, California 90241 (“Sponsor”). The Promotion will be conducted at Downey Nissan.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND ATTEMPT LIMIT
The Promotion begins October 9, 2026 and ends upon the first verified winning roll, when all 1,000 available prize-roll attempts have been used, or at the close of business on November 8, 2026, whichever occurs first. A maximum of 1,000 eligible prize-roll attempts are available during the Promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license sufficient to complete the required test drive. Current or former employees of Downey Nissan, family members of such employees, agents, successors or assigns of Downey Nissan, and employees, representatives or agents of any promotional agency involved with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must visit Downey Nissan and complete a qualifying test drive. Upon completion of the test drive, the participant will receive one (1) opportunity to participate in the “Roll the Bones” Dice Roll for a chance to win a new 2026 Nissan Kicks. No purchase or lease is required.
Limit one (1) prize-roll attempt per person during the entire Promotion Period. No participant may participate in the prize roll more than once.
5. REGISTRATION BEFORE THE ROLL
Immediately before making the prize-roll attempt, each participant must enter the participant’s name, signature and daytime telephone number in the official Contestant Sign-In Binder. The participant must then proceed to the designated dice-roll area for the prize attempt.
6. HOW TO ROLL
The participant will roll the six (6) official custom promotional dice one die at a time. No practice, warm-up or qualifying rolls are permitted.
For each die to constitute a valid roll:
• The die must be rolled or thrown from the designated starting area onto the designated smooth playing surface.
• The die must come to rest a minimum of six (6) feet from where the roll or throw was initiated.
• The die must make a minimum of two (2) complete rotations while in the air.
• The die must remain within the designated playing area.
• No part of the participant’s body or clothing may contact the applicable demarcation line before the die is released.
• The skyward-facing side of the die is scored when the die initially comes to rest and may not be altered by any other influence.
If a die comes to rest stacked or leaning in any fashion, the roll of that die is void and the participant will be allowed a replacement roll of that die only.
7. WINNING ROLL
To win, the participant must successfully roll the six official dice, one at a time, so that the skyward-facing sides display the following winning combination in die order:
N – I – S – S – A – N
There will be no more than one (1) winner. A potential winning roll is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules and the applicable promotion procedures before the participant is declared the official winner.
8. PRIZE
One (1) new 2026 Nissan Kicks selected by Downey Nissan will be awarded if an eligible participant completes and receives verification of the required winning roll. The maximum prize value covered by the promotion is $25,000. There will be a maximum of one (1) winner.
The specific vehicle, trim, equipment, color and availability are subject to Sponsor selection and inventory availability. Any prize-related terms concerning taxes, registration, licensing, title, delivery, substitution, amounts exceeding the covered prize value, or other winner obligations will be handled in accordance with the final prize documentation provided by Sponsor.
9. RECORDING AND VERIFICATION
For verification and prize-claim purposes, the Promotion activity will be video recorded. The recording must capture each participant completing the Contestant Sign-In Binder and immediately proceeding to the dice roll, the participant’s position in relation to the demarcation lines, and each die coming to rest after each roll.
By participating, each participant acknowledges that the participant’s sign-in and prize-roll attempt will be recorded for administration, verification and prize-claim purposes.
10. WINNER VERIFICATION AND CLAIM PROCEDURE
A potential winner is not an official winner until the winning attempt has been verified and all required claim documentation has been completed. A potential winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Winner and other documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility and the winning attempt. Failure to comply with the Official Rules or required verification procedures may result in disqualification.
11. PROMOTION ADMINISTRATION
A Downey Nissan representative will supervise the Promotion and is responsible for explaining the applicable roll procedures to participants. Participants must follow the instructions of the Promotion representative and the marked playing-area requirements. Tampering with the promotional dice, playing area, recording equipment or Promotion procedures is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
12. EARLY TERMINATION
The Promotion will end immediately upon the first verified winning roll. The Promotion will also end if all 1,000 available prize-roll attempts have been used, even if no winning roll has occurred, or at the close of business on November 8, 2026, whichever occurs first.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Official Rules or the established Promotion procedures, interferes with the conduct of the Promotion, tampers with Promotion materials or equipment, or attempts to obtain more than one prize-roll attempt.
The Sponsor’s administration of the Promotion is subject to the terms and procedures applicable to the insured dice-roll promotion. In the event of an operational issue affecting an attempted roll, the Promotion representative will apply the approved Promotion procedure before play continues.
14. OFFICIAL RULES
A copy of these Official Rules will be available at Downey Nissan during the Promotion Period. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

Before publishing, Downey Nissan should insert the final designated prize vehicle details and any attorney-approved language governing taxes, title/registration, delivery, substitution and amounts above the $25,000 covered prize value. The source contract does not supply those consumer-facing terms.
