We purchase a nissan pathfinder 2025. 5 months later the paint was coming off. Ee reach the dealer and didnt want to help us, we went like 3 times to try to talk to different people. We contact nissan directly and they told us to contact Jaime Vega the parts mananger for a diagnostic for the paint. Call him for 2 days never answer or got a call back from his end. We didnt expect this kind of service to have from the dealership since we are loyal costumers for years and purchase few cars from here.

I went in for an oil change around 8:30am they let me known that is going to be a two hour wait. I waited more than 3 hours before I went to ask for a status on my car. for them to tell me that they forgot to take in. They were very rude about it. They didn’t even apologize.
Got my car serviced yesterday Paul helped me and my daughter he was very friendly and polite and made our service very good. As well the waiting area was very comfortable and clean and the coffee was great. Thank you Downey Nissan Service and especially thanks to Paul.

My salesman frank was very helpful and knowledgeable on the cars. He was very patient and polite with me and made sure I left satisfied.
They did my transmission mount and didn't fully screw it on and after I took it back nothing but excuses that the cause might be vibration
I came for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, I mentioned that there was a sensor that kept turning on as I mentioned in the call. I got here and they wanted to charge me $270 for just inspecting the sensor. When last time I came for an oil change, they had told me it would be of no charge since it was included in the multi inspection. Downey Nissan needs to check their service advisors and educate them( Randy).
Worst lease experience I have ever had with a Nissan dealership. This is my 4th leased vehicle and the entire process at this location was a complete nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and errors and go to another location.
On Sat 5/13 i scheduled an appointment due to a recall on my Nissan Rogue 2020
I called the SERVICE DEPERTMENT in Downey and the technician stated to me that they would need to transfer me to another department for them to schedule me FOR THE SERVICE I stated ok.

Went into finance and completed the paperwork with George Secaira who was excellent as well, Management was friendly and they even delivered my car off to my home over 30 miles away. I bought a 2017 nissan rogue and a year later the a.c started acting up! I took it in to get fixed and they "did" but again a year later it gave me the same issue. According to the service dep newer vehicles are giving more technical problems than older vehicles. That's the solution they gave me! So I have to pay $189 to get another diagnostic lol!!!!! I would like to start this review with saying the service was unexpectedly horrid. In fact I have been car shopping for about the past 4 months, and I can with no doubt that this was by far the worst experience. This dealership does not get back to you when you want/need service. I leave messages and reply to their text messages and still no one has gotten back to me about a used car they sold me that ALREADY 6 months in had the check engine light on that turns off and on, the lights for the tires as well turn off and on. I took my 2017 sentra for a diagnostic because it had a clicking noise . Carlos Quiñonez was very helpful and informative. The service at Downey Nissan on Firestone was very pleasant, they went over and beyond to take care of my car. They also offered free donuts, coffee and water. My kids were with me so they were excited for the donuts. But the service was excellent and they took care of the problem on my car, two thumbs up.....
