Eligibility:

  • Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Must possess a valid California driver’s license to qualify for a test drive entry.
  • Employees of Downey Nissan, affiliated companies, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

Entry Period:

  • The contest begins on August 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2026.
  • All eligible entries must be received by the contest deadline to qualify.

How to Enter:

Participants may earn entries through the following qualified activities performed at Downey Nissan during the contest period:

1. Test Drive Entry:

  • Limited to one (1) entry per person during the contest period.
  • Valid only for individuals with a California driver’s license and who complete a test drive at Downey Nissan.

2. Oil Change and/or Tire Rotation Service Entry:

  • One (1) entry per qualifying service visit.
  • All makes and models are eligible for this entry method.
  • No limit on the number of oil changes or tire rotations visits/entries

3. Maintenance and/or Service Visit Entry:

  • One (1) entry per qualifying service visit
  • Applies only to Nissan vehicles for all maintenance and service visits beyond oil changes and tire rotations.
  • No limit on the number of service or maintenance visits/entries.

Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2026 Luxury Soccer Getaway Travel Package, which includes:

  • Two (2) Tickets to the Luxury Soccer Getaway Quarterfinal Match #98 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Friday, July 10, 2026
  • 4 Days / 3 Nights Luxury Hotel Accommodations
  • $250 Food & Beverage Certificate
  • On-Call Host Services

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,000

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The drawing will be held on or around July 1, 2026.
  • Winner will be notified via phone and/or email. If a winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Winner may be required to complete a liability release, photo/video release, and travel waiver to claim the prize.

General Terms:

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Downey Nissan, which are final and binding in all respects.
  • Downey Nissan reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Downey Nissan is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  • Downey Nissan shall not be liable for any travel disruptions, injuries, delays, acts of nature, government restrictions, event cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances related to the prize trip.
  • Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize.
  • Participation constitutes consent for Downey Nissan to use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted entry materials for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy:

  • Entry and contact information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and communicating promotional offers from Downey Nissan. It will not be sold or shared with third parties.
